This beautiful big double story home had such outdated colours when my clients engaged me to give advice on what to renovate to present it for sale after receiving a low listing price from their real estate agent. As you can see from the before photo the external colours really left the house looking old and patchy.

The inside colours were in good condition but also outdated. In order to get my clients the highest listing price I suggested repainting the external of the home only to create a modern external appeal, while working with the existing internal colour schemes in each room by matching the soft furnishing colours in with the painted colours to create beautifully staged rooms. The owner’s of this beautiful double story home had owned it for a couple of years and always wanted to renovate it. As you can see in some photos they had started with some sample pots of paint but soon got very confused and couldn’t choose a colour and didn;t know what to put where. I worked with the colour they liked to develop a colour scheme for this home, keeping in mind vertical and horizontal lines and where to use lighter colours versus darker colours.
